Colorado is such a beautiful state, especially in spring, aptly called Colorful Colorado. I hand painted this spring lupine meadows, river and mountains scene digitally in Procreate from internet sources. The contrast of raw jagged snow-patched Rocky Mountains along a lazy river against colorful spring florals is spectacular.
Jagged mountain peaks rise behind a vibrant field of wildflowers under a blue sky scattered with clouds. Mist lingers around the mountainside, adding a sense of mystery to the lush scenery.
